Adding Image in Vertical Scroll Template ??

i using this plugin with version 2.62
i am wondering about adding images in Vertical Scroll Template
image show in Default Template is working fine.
but can’t get those images in Vertical Scroll Template.
would you please describe me for add images in Vertical Scroll Template

which file which line i want to change
