Adding image to side bar on post page

    not sure if this is possible, but if it is I would love to know ??

    Anyway, with this template I am working on. I have the ‘blog’ page named ‘news/blog’ set up as a category.

    I would like to add an image to the sidebar of the first post (and only to show up with this post)- https://www.micromilestones.com/?p=228 – that is different from the image on the blog category page.

    I tried excluding everything for this image except the ‘Single Post Page’ using the Display Widgets plugin, but won’t show up unless I include it in the news/blog category as well.

    any way around this??
