Adding Images on a page with green icon

    Hi,
    I am using NG Gallery without any problems until today. I tried to add the adding images functionality on a new page but when I click the green icon I get a kind of unformatted window which looks like this (see below. When I click to Gallery / adding Images I get a blank window. I am working on a local server at the moment so I can’t add a link of my website. Thanks for any idea how to solve it.

    I am currently using MAMP PRO V3.0.7.3 and WordPress 4.0. I was checking what has changed since NG Gallery green icon worked:
    I changed permalinks from default to posts. I am looking on plugins at the moment.

    @venus10 – When using MAMP I always recommend using the Apache default settings rather than the “Mac” defaults. This refers to using ports 80 and 3306 respectively for localhost and MySQL.
