    Hi,

This is my second – and hopefully final – post seeking support for a small issue I’m having with customizr on my website https://www.chomi.org

I use several category pages for different types of posts. I’ve entered summary texts on several of these category pages, such as this one here.

This feature works very nicely but there’s an issue when I add images to the category page. Invariably, part of the caption html code appears around the image after I’ve published it. Thus to the left of the image the following text might appear [caption id="attachment_385" align="aligncenter" width=420]

Any help to resolve this would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

It’s been looked at by a Developer and it is weird.

The only explanation seems to be plugin conflict. Can you Deactivate ALL your plugins, Test and if OK, reactivate one-by-one to find the culprit.

Otherwise, post a list of Plugins you’re using.

Okay and thanks. I’ll do that and report back later on.

This is the list of my current plugins. I’ll deactivate them later when I’ve a bit more time.

Deactivated all plug-ins listed above EXCEPT childify me (scared of breaking website), Blubrry Powerpress (can’t lose podcast feeds), and UpdraftPlus (difficult to reconfigure for google drive).

Inactivating the other 17 plug-ins did not resolve the issue. However, when Yoast was deactivated I lost the ability to automatically add images to category pages and the following text showed with no picture.

[caption id="attachment_385" align="aligncenter" width="420"] A medical student being examined for his bedside manner by a group of senior doctors. Wood engraving by G. Morrow, 1914. Wellcome Library, London.[/caption]

Is this likely to be an issue with Yoast rather than Customizr?
