Adding images to DataBase with Post Information

Hello Everyone…
I am working on a task. In which I need to make a Custom Post Type “Gallery” and a Meta Box “Upload Images”.
Now In “MetaBox” after selecting an image and after clicking on Update Post. That image should go to database so that I can fetch it later.
Front End is Done. but I am not getting how to save that image to database. Please help me if you have any idea.
