    Hi i sent off my product feed to my affiliate network and then i added in another column, i added in the brands section and the problem is its showing up on my side, but not on there side what am i doing wrong ?? if i add in or take out fields is it not supposed to update automatically everywhere once its refreshed ?? Please help

    Hi Simon,

    When you make changes to an existing product feed configuration the URL of your product feed will always stay the same so you do not need to send a new link to your affiliate company.

    When you add or remove fields from your product feed those changes will only occur when you either manually refreshed the product feed or wait till the automated update to come by and refresh your feed. The same goes for your affiliate company, they need to refresh your product feed as soon as you have confirmed to them that the changes are in the feed.

    but it updates evreryday and it hasnt updated yet,so is something wrong ?? i added in the field on friday

    Can you tell me what fields you added/removed and send the debug.log to [email protected]?

    i added in the brands field and i also created a new rule and i will also be adding in new fields soon so dont want to have these problems again.

    We will have a look at the debug.log now.

    So what order does it show it in ?

    In the order you created the product feeds.

    Also, I checked the debug.log you send us and the CSV file you created. The brand field is showing perfectly fine so I don’t know why you think it is not in the feed?
