Adding in an additional media field on admin to each donation level

Hi there,

We want to be able to add an additional media field to the back end form (admin side) on each donation level to allow us to add in an image, which we can then pull to the front to dynamically change using js when a donation level is selected.

Now we understand how to pull the levels and info etc on front end but cannot figure out how to extend and add another media (image) field to the donation level specifically on admin side.

Can you help?
