It doesn’t work. Can you direct me to the file path to edit the code through the backend to add more fields to the registration form and to add it to the shortcode to display it on the frontend.

I’ve had some issues with the mentioned plugin as well. Actually much easier and better solution then editing plugin files would be to use BuddyPress xprofile fields instead.

With BuddyPress enabled you can only use this module if you choose so which allows you to add custom fields to your registration page.
