adding it to user profile

    Hi,

    I want to add the option to raise tickets on the user profile page so that only the registered users of my website can raise queries. Is that possible?

    Hi,

    You can restrict the ticket submission capability to only registered users. In that case, visitors can’t raise tickets. Ticket submission can then be performed in the admin side (ticket creation page) or frontend side (ticket submission form available in premium release only). Tickets can’t be raised directly under the user profile page.
