Adding line between Twitter and email signup

without having a proper look could you add a bottom border to the class widget-container?

.widget-container {border-bottom: 1px #000 solid;}

So now, it looks like it did it to every widget. including the bottom footer.

How did you put the image titles on? Did you add a text widget?

Can’t separate the two without effecting the other widget areas.

Ahh! That’s ok then. Is there a way to shrink the size in between?

Or if we can use an image (the same banner) as the title of the widget?

Your image titles have a lot of white space around them and you could crop the top and bottom that will reduce the space.

If we mess with the style sheet it will alter the other widgets as well. I would crop the image titles first.
