adding link to 2010 footer

    If you are editing the footer.php in a child theme, where the footer pasted from 2010 into a child theme

    Put your credit link in a span and put it before the #site-info div closing tag.

    Add some css for #site-credit if you want to add some padding to the left.

    I wish I was using a child theme – not that knowledgabe yet
    but thanks

    do a google search or read in the codex. It really is quite important to use child themes.

    Otherwise, any edits you make to the twentyten theme will be lost each time WP puts out an upgrade
