• I wanted to create page hierarchy (or parent-child pages?), but I’m using a theme that doesn’t accommodate drop down menu in its navigation bar. According to the theme developer, I can add links to the nav bar, but I’m having trouble understanding this. I tried reading some Codex files on Links, but I’m not really understanding what this is or how it works.

Say I add a new Category to the Links and I add links under that. What do I do with them and how does that work?

I don’t know if the site url will help here but https://divabenefits.com. The trouble is this theme doesn’t accommodate drop down menu, and what I’m trying to do is to understand what “Links” are or how to add them to the nav bar.

Links are pretty much what they say on the box – links to sites that you want to list on your blog. See https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Links_Edit_SubPanel

Dropdowns (or flyouts) are extremely difficult to code, so you may be better off looking for another theme that already has the functionality built into it.

I understand that. I guess the part I don’t understand is the relationship. I just tried two links, one parent and one child, but all it did was to list those two links at the nav bar, side by side. How do I make it show hierarcy, or one below the other?

    You can’t within that design/theme.
