Adding many tags at the same time

  • Im trying to add 5000 plus tags (They are words that no longer are used in sweden), but there seems to be a limit on how many tags you can have in wordpress?
    The Safari just shows the turning bathing ball( does not answer).
    I m planning on using these tags later, by picking them up randomly, like a “Lost-Word-of-the-day”. Anyone got a suggestion (except for typing them in, one by one?)
