Adding media library to Gallery

Hi,
I want to create a gallery page that has all the images I’ve uploaded into posts. ie the images already in the media library.

All the gallery options seem to want me to upload the pictures again?

How can I make a gallery of all/most of the images that I’ve already uploaded while creating posts?
