Just embed it. Go Google for how to embed a media file.

Oh, and for future reference, using the edit button to make a small change shortly after posting and not bumping is best. If no one’s replied, your thread will be bolded. If you bump it, people will think someone has responded and probably fixed your problem/question. ??
