Adding Menu to Header

Hi

I’m new to WordPress – I have used the Oria theme (https://justfreethemes.com/demo?theme=Oria)

I would like a menu/buttons/links in the top right corner saying “Contact” & “Blog” – I have created a menu for this, however I don’t seem to get it to display.

I have used the “Insert Headers and Footers” plug in to be able to put a header, as the theme doesn’t have a header. I then looked at some code to reference the custom menu I made into this header. However this has been so far unsuccessful.

Any help would be very helpful!

Another issue is that if i go to https://www.595design.co.uk rather than 595design.co.uk it goes to the original domain holder page, is there something I can do to fix this?
