Adding Meta Slider to Zerif Pro

I did, but they just asked me to contact another company which provides customizing services. Does that mean, I can’t get help with fellow members who did customization?

They can help you with CSS modifications, but you’re asking for help with something specific to the Pro version. Unless I’m misunderstanding your issue.

So, I can’t post questions on Pro version of themes there?

If it requires knowledge of the Pro theme to answer then you are less likely to receive support here. It’s fine when you’re using a theme distributed on www.ads-software.com, because all of the code is publicly available. When you’re using a commercial theme, the only code that’s publicly viewable is the HTML, CSS and JavaScript. This is why we can help with CSS questions (and maybe JS too), but not PHP.

I’m not saying you should post the contents of your theme on here, because we need to also respect the theme author’s wishes. The theme author chose not to distribute their theme on www.ads-software.com, so it’s not our place to support it.

I understand, thanks for the support. ?? but can I ask, Zerif Lite theme is a free theme… It is same like the PRO theme just I can customize a bit more in PRO theme. So I believe the code is out there for public free.
