Adding meta tags to copy/paste?

  • If you check out https://www.perezhilton.com, copy text, and paste it somewhere else, it adds meta tags to the end of the copied/pasted text. I’ve seen this done on a few wordpress blogs. Is this a plugin or a feature that I am missing? Thanks
