Adding Meta tags to your site

Hello All,

Thanks for everybody involved in this free theme.

I’ve been reading up on meta tags and here’s what i found

It doesn’t tell me where to add the code or i’m just a noob i can’t find it, ideally i’d like to add my meta tags like this i’m just not sure where to paste this code:
