Adding more languages with same 2 language code

I need several version of posts/pages that use the same language code, but the locales are different.
for example. I need a page/post for both English (American) and English (UK) due to content being different for each region. However, both use EN as their two langauge code, though the locales are different (en_US and en_GB) . Qtranslate won’t let me add in another additions to EN for a new locale.
How can I get new locales created?
