Adding more Shipping rate Error

    When I add one more shipping rate I get error

    “Action failed. Please refresh the page and retry.”

    Please help!

    Please refer to this question in the FAQ “I receive an ‘Action failed’ error after adding over 100 rates?”.

    How many shipping rates do you have already? I tried adding a second shipping rate & that worked fine.
