Adding more than option for delivery based on schedule

  • Great plugin, works well!

    Is it possible to have more than one mail option in terms of having a radio button or check boxes where users can tick or select options which then subscribe them to different lists?

    example:

    Tick if you would prefer: daily, weekly, monthly updates
    Tick what types of email you wish to receive: Newsletter, Events, Promotions, 3rd Party Emails

    Then each option would subscribe the person to that list in MyMail.

    At the moment I can only do one?
