  • Is there a space after the commas? Try it without

I believe I’ve tried that before, but I’ll give it another go and respond when I get the results.

    Hi @dylanpro

The ‘\n’ you’re seeing is a newline character, which usually indicates the start of a new line.

Kindly try to list all the email addresses like this:
    [email protected],[email protected],[email protected].

Ensure there are no spaces before or after each comma.

If you’ve done this and the problem persists, it may be an issue with the MailPoet’s SMTP settings. In this case, I would recommend reaching out to their support for further assistance.

Also, please ensure that the additional email addresses you’re trying to send to are not blocking or filtering emails from your website.

I have put the emails in as instructed, without any white space. Unfortunately, looking in the WP Mail Logging plugin, it still shows [email protected],\n [email protected],\n …

    What could be causing this?

    Hi @dylanpro

Could you please share a screenshot on your end? You may use https://snipboard.io when sharing screenshots. Please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.

Also, I suggest performing a conflict test by switching to a default WordPress theme, and then deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue is gone, if yes, that means a theme, or a plugin is contributing to the issue. Re-enable each to see which one causes it. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

It would also help if you could share with us your setup for us to understand it clearly.

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerceStatus → select Get system report and then Download for support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR to share with us.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerceStatusLogs.

I have the same issue. Has this been noted? Perhaps a fix to check for and automatically remove spaces would be good. It seems Woo automatically ads spaces even if we don’t have spaces in the field when entering email addresses under Woo Email Settings.

    Hi there @dtolken ??

We’d like to take a look at your report on a separate thread, since this one is closed and technically resolved.

Please open a new topic here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/#new-topic-0.

    Thanks!
