adding multiple sites in WP 3 (using multi-site)

  • hello,

    i have WP3 multi-site all working/setup, etc.

    i want to add like 400 sites/blogs. I can do that manual, but that would take a long time.

    can i create a list or import file or do SOMETHING that i can automate the adding of all these blog sites in my network?

    example:
    i’m creating a network for the USA… now I want to create a blog for every main city in the US. I don’t want to manually, 1 by 1 add all the cities.

    oh…. i’m using my 1st one (main) as the template.
    it has all the plugins, settings, etc. that i want all the others to have.

    i’m using YD Network-wide options and that is working out great!
