    I hope you’re well today!

    You can add additional answers to the poll enabling “custom input” so users could write feely in them but I don’t think this would be a right solution for you.

    I think you want to collect user data instead and if so – polls don’t provide such option yet, I’m afraid.

    What you could possibly do would be to create an additional form where you gather user data and set it to redirect to the page with the poll on submission. If you’d direct users to the form page first instead to the poll directly, they’d need to fill-in the form first and would only be redirected to poll afterwards.

    The downside of this approach is that votes wouldn’t still be in any way related to form submission (so you wouldn’t know which one belongs to which one).

    Other than this, you could replace the poll entirely with the Form instead but in order to process data to nice charts or other stats, you would most likely need to have them exported to CSV (or via built-in integration to Google Sheets or similar) and process them externally only.
