Adding New Album – Problem

I may be doing this wrong, but I want to add a new album and I get this error message:

Unable to determine RSS feed for URL: https://picasaweb.google.com/109980084671236762181/Miscellaneous#
The three exiting albums are working fine. See https://professionalponds.info/ and click on one of the links under Portfolio.
Am giving an incorrect path for Sashin to make a new Album?
