Adding new menu in dashboard

Hello,
Thank you for the plugin.

We have a specific question regarding adding new menu items to dashboard.

While there are few entries

What we observed is after installing the plugin as-is, the menu items were created but corresponding view are not loaded (404)
For some reason the action for hook wcfm_load_views(wcfm_csm_load_views) is never called, nor is for following hooks

• wcfm_endpoint_title
• wcfm_endpoints_slug

Can you please confirm what might we check further to make the code work ?
