Adding Numbers to Fields

Hi Guys

Thank you for such a great plug in. I love this plugin so far. I have small issues which I need help with. Not sure if this has been posted already.

I am creating a membership form with our contact form 7 plugin. So I need to add “ID Field” were clients can add their Identification numbers. When I try to use the readily available number tag it gives me an option to select between a spinbox and a slider only. I would like for this field to work like this – CLIENT ID [125367829929]

Secondly
I would like to add an address field were I can mix text and numbers.

Your advise would be greatly appreciated.
