Adding opt-in to existing form

I have a form that allows the users to enter their email address and select their state. This form will automatically add them to the group belonging to this state so that other members can communicate.
I will like to add the option to subscribe to the feedburner and integrate into my existing form. This is so that I don’t have multiple forms.
Is there any way to do this?
