Adding page but do not want it to show up in main menu

  • Hello! I am a relative newbie (but learning heaps!!) I was just wondering if I could get some assistance.

    I have offers in my site, and when my visitors click on them I want to direct them to another page but I do not want that page to appear in my menu. If I publish it and then hide it will it work? Or is there another way to do it?

  • Do you need the menu to be dynamically created? If not, you could use wp_nav_menu() to produce the menu, and give yourself the luxury of a nice interface to edit your menu, too. What theme are you using?
