Adding pages to the header bar?

Hi all,

I have a new WP blog set up at https://blog.command-q.org
I’d like to modify the header bar to include links to some other pages on my site. By “header bar” I mean the links at the top that currently include:
about – search – skip to content
I can’t seem to find this in the theme’s php files. The theme is Pixeled 1.5. If anyone has any suggestions, it’d be much appreciated.
