Adding pagination links stops gallery from rendering

    I have no problems creating a Category based gallery, however the moment I try to add pagination links, I get only the links output, and no thumbnails at all. I have debug active, and it returns a count of 36 posts, but they don’t render. No output HTML is rendered at all aside from what is needed to show the debug and the nav links. I tried turning off all other plugins and switching to the Twenty Fifteen template, but it made no difference. The Firebug console shows the lack of HTML output, and no errors in the script console.

    Oh man! I blew half a day trying to make this work, and I’m totally responsible for it because I overlooked your instruction that says: “Put both of these shortcodes on a post or page to display a paginated gallery.” It might help people like myself in the future if you bold that line and put it right before the shortcodes, instead of right after. Thanks so much for your reply!

    Thanks for your update with the good news and the helpful suggestion. You’re not the first person to overlook the “two shortcodes” detail.

    I will update the documentation along the lines you suggest to mitigate future frustration.
