Adding parameters in the "Thank You" Url?

I’d like to add parameters like
&language=NL
&last=lastname
&first=firtnameIn my URL for a 3rd party program…
Any idea how I could customize this additional code?
on_sent_ok: “location = ‘https://musite.com/’;”
