Adding Photo on post also as a feature image does not work

Hello guys i am trying to clone my website which i did added everything correctly but i am having a weird problem on the new domain.

I cant upload photos or adding them as a feature image because it goes like this

i did change theme turning my plugin all off etc and it still don`t work.
original website or fine but the clone one still not.

I did reupload the database 3 times also cleared my chace but no luck so far ??
