Adding photos to excerpts in Delicacy theme

  • I am using Delicacy theme and have chosen to show my posts with an excerpt on the homepage with the alternative to click on a link to read more. I want to publish a photo next to the excerpt of each post but can not find how to do this in Dashboard. Can anyone help?
