Adding Picture, Changing website address

Hello,
Have 2 questions:
1) How do I add a profile picture and upload pictures onto my website ?
2) Is it possible to change my website address to something with my own name , like VictorCai.com ? Currently , it is https://ckprincess.mrgoat.webfactional.com/ which is awfully generic.
