adding plugin

I just uploaded recent-commenters-commented-on.phps which I got from https://www.scriptygoddess.com/archives/2004/07/08/recent-commenters-and-commented-on-posts/
Then I went to the plugins page and saw the code in all its glory. But when I clicked on it I got this:
