Adding Plugins and xml sitemap issue

Ever time I activate a gallery plugin and some banner plugins, I get an alert at the top of my dashboard saying that it will cause an issue will yoast xml sitemap… Is there a gallery and ad banner plugin that will not effect the xml sitemap? If not, can i use the plug in anyway? Or will it cause things to malfunction on my website?
