Adding post tags to single paragraphs

  • Does anyone know of a plugin that allows post tags to be added to a paragraph of text? I am not referring to paragraph tags (<p>).

    To give an example:

    I write a post about travelling and within the post I talk about Australia, Thailand and Japan.

    Each country I talk about has a paragraph dedicated to that country – I want to be able to tag the paragraphs separately so that when a user visits ‘/tag/australia’ they see the paragraph listed, rather than the exceprt of the whole post.

    Is this at all possible?
