Adding product to cart displays name of previous recipient

When a customer clicks on the “add to cart” button for any item on my website, https://www.rentmothernature.com, instead of being taken to a blank page to enter recipient information they see a box that asks them “is this item also for John Doe?” [the recipient of an order from many days ago]. This is a feature that is useful when buyer orders more than one item, but should not appear for first item.
This may be related to my not updating my woocommerce plugins recently because I just got my website working after WP updates caused it to crash.
