Adding "read more" under listed posts/comments

Dear Support Team and Community!

I have your plugin “Popular Widget” and it′s working okay so far. There is just one thing I would want to have: Under the listed posts/comments there should be a link that says “read more” to show more popular posts/recent comments etc.

This is a must for me to stay with this plugin. I would otherwise have to look for a different plugin.
