Adding recaptcha to contact form

Hello – I’ve been receiving a lot of spam entries on our blog’s contact us form off late. Most support groups suggest adding recaptcha. How can I do that – is there a suggested plugin that works with the Pinnacle contact form? I already have the simple math feature enabled.
