Adding Referral ID into URL

What I actually need is that if someone type my site URL in browser as:
https://www.example.com and then he adds his name as reference for example: joe and URL becomes like this : https://www.example.com/joe it should open the site same as it is not the 404 error page. And while he navigate whole site this remains as part of the site url.
For example if he visit “about” page then site url should be : https://www.example.com/about/joe

Any help ?

I’ve seen a website here https://www.getin1st.com whatever you type in the end of url it becomes part of it but site works properly.
