adding related posts with impages

    great theme. really love it. I purchased the 2-column upgrade and its just gorgeous.

    whats the best way to add “related posts” section at the bottom of each post? which plugins/widgets would you recommend to go with this theme? I was hoping to just add a plugin, or some code into a widget at the bottom of the page – just want to know if there was a preferred one ya’ll had.

  • I am using the WordPress Related Posts quite successfully. Never had a problem with it. Feel free to check it out in action in my website, below.

    Thanks for upgrading! I would recommend checking out the plugin Paco has linked to. Yet Another Related Posts plugin is pretty good too, but it’s kind of hit or miss.

    ok thank you. I tried it and the plugin does look good.

    Can you also recommend a way to add social share buttons on the bottom of the posts? I have the social icons to my social sites on the header and footer, but on the bottom each post, I want to add share buttons that will directly let them share the post to their pages.

    I looked at the sharaholic plugin, but I heard it may not be good for load times. Is there something that the theme works well with for adding social share buttons at the bottom of each post?

    Yea a lot of the social sharing plugins are bloated. I think the best, highest rated social sharing plugin is the Simple Share Buttons Adder plugin.

    Thank Ben. I am using your recommendation on the Simple Share Buttons Adder, and Im also using the WordPress Related Posts widget. It seems to go the best with the tracks theme, and fits right in with the CSS.
