    Hiya…

    The Mastodon decentralized social media platform has a way to “verify” a profile that requires a link on a website pointing to the Masto profile.

    But that link code must include rel=”me” –?so I’d like to find a way to add that without hacking the plugin itself.

    Anyone have experience with this?

    Or could the developer add a rel=”me” option, or a “custom rel” field?

    Hello @thought-nozzle

    We’ve just updated the plugin and added such an option in the widget and block.

    I’ve enabling this option and I noticed the following on my site. In the source, I’m seeing the link with an extra space in between the quotes and before ‘me’.

    rel=" me"

    I looked through the plugin code. The extra space (in ‘rel=” me”‘) appears on line 1238 in social-icons-widget-by-wpzoom/includes/classes/class-zoom-social-icons-widget.php
