Adding Role for Net30 Clients

Hello,

Looking to use this plugin (if possible) to create a custom Net30 Client Role that will be able to see the Cheque payment gateway during checkout (re-labelled Net30) without allowing anyone else to see it.

It seems this will require at least two steps:

1) Creating and assigning clients to the “Net30” role.
2) Adding a selector for these roles to the payment gateway setting page with the option to have it enabled for the “Net30” role and disabled for the “Customer” role.

Can this plugin do this, and if so how?
