Adding role information to order mail

    Hello,
    we found this great plugin for customizing automatic mails. Everything works without any problems and is really very easy to understand.

    But we have a problem. We run a woocommerce with several user roles. Now we would like to show in the new order mail which roles (main and additional roles) the user has.
    How would that be possible?
    Is it possible to add user roles to the existing shortcodes?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately this feature is not available in our plugin.

    Regarding adding user roles to the existing shortcodes, this shortcode is not available in our plugin, however, in both free and pro version, our plugin support external shortcode. You can build your own shortcode, it’ll show the value if the shortcode is built correctly.
