Adding RT in Title div

Hi,
Noob question here – sorry!

I’d like to add the Reading Time just under the Title div before the feature image.

I am an manipulate theme files through a child theme, but have no idea what to add and where. I’m not a developer. My basic guesses have broken the site.

Could you advise what PHP code to add and where? I guess it will be in content.php and will call the short code. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
