Adding "Select A Category" at the top of the drop-down.

Hello. Great plugin, thank you.
Is there a way to add “Select A Category” text shown on the drop-down box before the user clicks the dropdown? Currently the first category title shows in the top spot.
Here is our site example page. The first drop-down is the way your plugin appears. The one below it is a standard WP plugin that shows the “Select A Category” text that we want.
