    Sorry for the inconveniences! Can you please share more details about the issue? It would be great to have the following so I can help you:

    – Steps to reproduce the issue
    – Screenshots
    – Error messages/logs

    Also, make sure you are using an active SendGrid account with at least 1 contact list in Marketing Campaigns.
